Stupidly, I decided that I would try the Focus T25 Lower Focus workout yesterday. My pregnancy has caused fat upper thighs that much to my dismay are touching now and make my workout shorts ride up. Clearly, 6 days a week on the elliptical isn't cutting it so when my post-pregnancy-get-in-shape workout came in the mail (Focus T25), I thought, "How hard can it be?"
Well, I can barely do stairs, and the extreme leg pain combined with the back pain I get when I try to do anything with my toddler are making my Saturday very annoying. Better save that workout for post-pregnancy and live with my ever expanding thighs for now. Gross. And trying to hump the baby gate I put up to block Leighton from behind my desk is going to land me flat on my face as my legs aren't doing what my brain is telling them to.
After giving my son a bath and bending over the tub in the hot bathroom, I was seriously ready to cry. Why? Who Frickn' knows. I'm so sick of being pregnant, and I'm barely into the third trimester. I just don't know how I will survive until the end. Lord help me!
