Well, there you have it. 5.5 months after the birth of my second son, the pregnancy weight has finally left the building. When I left for a Thanksgiving trip to Arizona, I had a half pound left to lose, but I left that half pound and more in the desert on my morning run. Goodbye baby weight, I shall never again be burdened or depressed by you.
See that photo? I didn't Photoshop it at all... except to crop out my horse's arse because he was mid-poop. Horses are gross.
I just want to say that even though I'm a bit hard core when it comes to losing baby weight, you can do it too if you set your mind to it. The keys to success are basic: will power, diet, exercise, and supportive friends and family.
