So yeah, I have seen so many recipes for Zucchini Parmesan Chips on Pinterest that I had to try one. I do like zucchini, and I like chips... the problem was that battering and frying is such a time consuming, messy, stinky affair. I actually thought these tasted like fried eggplant which I love.... mmmmmm...
Regardless of what you're trying to attempt with essentially deep frying a vegetable, these are AMAZING.... but I ate too many and thus suffered the digestive consequences.
