You can never have enough meatball recipes when you have 40 pounds of Zaycon Foods ground beef in your freezer, am I right?! This recipe for Teriyaki Meatballs is from the same website that I intend to try many Asian-inspired recipes from. My husband said that he preferred these to the Hoisin Asian Meatballs I made before, but I actually preferred the Hoisin ones (I told you that we can never agree on food).
I think I made my meatballs too large in hopes that I could get them all onto one sheet in the oven so cooking time had to be increased from the original recipe:
