You don't have to be French to be able to make great crepes! Look at my photo... aren't my presentation skills leveling up? HA! I LOVE crepes, and I can't wait until I go to the Mall of America's Crepe Stand to get them (and Mark refuses to take me to the IHOP because he says it's icky with a questionable clientele) so I found a recipe on Pinterest that gets me through the cravings. This recipe takes way too much time and effort to prepare for breakfast so I make this for dinner, and it is a HUGE hit. They're not hard to make, and you don't need special equipment. The only annoying thing is, well, two things... 1. they take a while to prepare, 2. I have to place a fan on the counter that points to the smoke detector because making them sets it off (probably because I'm cooking on high for half an hour +).
The recipe makes enough for 2 adults and one toddler with a hollow leg. When I have had to add 2 adults to the dinner plans, I made a double batch. What do I serve with this dish? Bacon made in the oven, of course. Multitasking people, is the key to a successful dinner cooking experience.
I promise, this recipe will be a hit all around. My little guy eats 3 + bacon, and he's not even 3!
