Made this recipe for the first time tonight. BIG hit with the family. Mark said that it tasted like a combination of tomato basil soup and lasagna. Leighton devoured his (which is always a plus for a mom), and I enjoyed it and that it was relatively simple to make with not many ingredients. I made some changes to the original recipe like using an entire box of pasta and an entire block of cream cheese. I mean, why would I just 95% of something - what would I do with the remainder? It would go to waste - stupid. Only complaint: there's a TON left over, and I'll be the one eating it all week because Mark doesn't like leftovers.
