As a neat-freak mother who despises messes, stains, and spills, I have been though my share of bibs over the years. I've tried Babybjorn bibs, machine-washable velcro bibs, wipe-down velcro bibs, Green Spouts bibs, and various cloth bibs, but my favorite bibs above all are the Goo-Goo Baby Perfect Pocket Bibs.
Now, when I recommend products, I do so of my own free will and in the context of if I were to recommend something to a good friend who was asking. What's so great about these particular bibs?
My problem with many bibs is that they just don't last. Sometimes the design wears off, sometimes the velcro wears out, sometimes my children can yank the bibs off, spraying half-chewed food ick everywhere, thus negating the whole reason for a bib. Yes, I realize that $19 seems like a lot for one bib, but you only need ONE - not a whole arsenal of bibs.
When I buy nice clothes for my children, I want those clothes to be protected, especially if they'll eventually be handed down from my oldest to my youngest. I realize that not every mother is as OCD about protecting clothing from food and drink and overall mess, but for those of you who are, I highly recommend the Goo-Goo Baby Perfect Pocket Bib - you won't be disappointed.
